About the Client

Winspace is an international performance cycling brand known for high-end carbon bikes designed for competitive riders and everyday athletes. With a passionate global community and distribution in over 200 stores, the brand needed stronger communication to match the quality of its products.

The Challenge

Winspace faced inconsistent branding across global partners, limited Western-market resonance, and a lack of structured communication. Without physical retail presence, customers could not see or test products before purchasing—making credibility and trust essential.

Our Approach

A North-American-focused communication strategy was developed through the creation of Winspace Canada, redesigned the website, established cohesive visual systems, and supported global marketing with templated assets, catalog design, social strategy, and event activation. Community partnerships, pop-ups, and demo events helped bridge the online–offline gap.
