About the Client
My Body Theory is a Germany-based wellness practice offering a holistic blend of chiropractic care, traditional Chinese medicine, and osteopathy. Designed to redefine modern wellness, the practice brings together Eastern and Western approaches with a warm, educational, and human-centered perspective—serving women, athletes, and families.
The Challenge
Launching as a startup in a highly traditional healthcare landscape, My Body Theory needed to establish credibility while breaking away from sterile, clinical aesthetics. The goal was to create a brand that felt professional yet approachable, modern yet rooted in balance—capable of educating a younger audience and scaling into future offerings.
Our Approach
We developed a symbolic, modern brand identity inspired by balance and movement, integrating the founder’s initials with subtle references to the yin-yang principle. A warm colour palette, organic forms, and refined typography shaped a cohesive visual system applied across the website, social media, apparel, packaging concepts, and imagery direction.
The Transformation
My Body Theory evolved from concept to a fully realized wellness brand with clarity and confidence. The new identity communicates trust, inclusivity, and modern wellness—providing a strong, scalable foundation for growth and future product development.
Impact
The brand positioned My Body Theory as a forward-thinking wellness practice in Germany, building stronger trust with clients, increasing founder confidence, and creating a consistent, recognizable presence across all touchpoints.
